This is a highly innovative residential apartment complex in Princes Street Carlton.

Glossop Town Planning was appointed by the project architects to provide expert planning evidence for a four storey apartment building (with roof decks) comprising 7 dwellings. This was a constrained site zoned Residential 1 and within a Heritage Overlay. There were several objector parties to the project.

Glossop Town Planning prepared a Statement of Planning evidence. VCAT directed that a permit be issued.
