Glossop Town Planning was asked to prepare a town planning report for 2 four bedroom dwellings. The land was located opposite the beach in Safety Beach and had excellent water views.

The client brief was to assist the designers to obtain planning permission. The project received Council support and a planning permit was granted. The dwellings (now completed) are spacious, contemporary homes with a multiple living areas, views of the bay and deliver the very highest standards of internal amenity.
